Oppenheimer has been in the business of supplying Ice cream and Gelato ingredients for some seventeen years. In that time we have learned a lot about the wants and needs of the Australian market, and have grown to become the largest distributor of Gelato ingredients in Australia and New Zealand.
Two years ago we turned our attention to the soft serve market, having noticed a gap in the market for a high quality product, and research showing us that customers in that market were generally dissatisfied with the level of service received from existing suppliers.
